Unless the legal basis is explicitly stated in this privacy policy, the following legal bases apply: Where we obtain your consent for data processing, Article 6 (1) lit. a and Art. 7 GDPR is the legal basis for data processing. If the data is processed to fulfill our services and implement contractual measures as well as to answer inquiries, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR is the legal basis for data processing. If data processing serves to fulfill a legal obligation, Article 6 (1) lit. c GDPR is the legal basis. 2.3. Duration of Storage

Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the respective purpose or to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations. We are subject to various retention and documentation obligations. These result in particular from the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German Tax Code (AO). On our website you will find an email address through which you can contact us electronically. If you contact us, the personal data you transmit to us will be automatically stored. The storage and further processing of this data serves exclusively to process your contact request and to subsequently contact you. As a general rule, data is not passed on to third parties. The data you transmit will be deleted after completion of the process, provided that there are no contractual or legal retention periods that prevent deletion.
